Maybe it's morning sunshine, maybe it's looking forward to summer, but we feel more inspired to actually cook breakfast this time of year. Instead of grabbing a granola bar and banana in the dark, the sunny morning speaks of pancakes, golden eggs, and bacon.

I'm making pancakes with the sourdough starter I started a couple of weeks ago. Maybe some oven-baked brown sugar bacon too, I love bacon baked in the oven!
