While i do like the Petit Coeur, it costs several hundred times the amount of the wine I would be pouring into it. Very pretty, though.

The lentil & sausage salad looks really good!

That lentil/sausage combo looks a bit like a favorite Nigella recipe...hers involved a bit of wine and some garlic and anchovy fillets melded into the oil before dumping in the lentils and broth. The sausages were pan fried (no extra fat) separately then laid atop the lentils for the last bit of cooking. Insanely good, but kind of on the fatty side for regular consumption.
