When Michael Ruhlman relaunched his website, he put up this lovely photo of him in his Cleveland kitchen. New York magazine and the authors of the Food Snob's Dictionary found it the perfect opportunity to point out all Food Snob tropes embodied in the picture. Ruhlman went along in good fun and gave them an interview: Inside Michael Ruhlman’s Food-snob Kitchen. He offers the provenance of his huge meat mallet, copper pans, and even his own Etonian flip.
