That deconstructed ratatouille is beyond perfect looking. After no longer being able to keep up with all the squash in my CSA box, I took out my mandoline and sliced up every single remaining squash and froze them. This recipe is easy to make for me now. :)

I'm normally all about Vosges, but...bacon flavored chocolate? Even if I wasn't vegan, I'd still be grossed out by that.

That's the most fabulous ratatouille ever! The bacon chocolate - I haven't eaten meat for years so maybe I'm not the best judge, but...ugh. I bet Heston Blumenthal (of bacon and egg flavoured ice cream fame) would be pleased tho!

Im not too into most of these flavored chocolates that Vosges makes. My wife bought some berry-flavored bar recently that was just gross tasting.

But this BACON bar is a whole different story. This is the most delicious treat ever created. No one really knows the joy of chocolate until they taste BACON chocolate.
