Are you a coffee rebel? Do you eschew the meager offerings of teabags in the office canteen? Do you bring your own loose-leaf tea to work? If so, Chow has a feature for you. High Tea in Cubicle-Land is a great look at products to make really good tea at the office, along with some tips and a clever video, Workstation Tea.

I'm a tea drinker and while my office supplies bagged green tea, it's terrible. I have a stash of loose leaf white jasmine tea in my desk drawer and keep a mini tea-pot and matching tea cup on my shelf and make tea every morning. Our water cooler has a hot water spigot which is at just the right temp for green tea. And I have a little Jonathan Adler dish to place the tea filter in so it won't brew too long. I feel so civilized!

i use a mini bodum kettle, after reading this article by seth stevenson at slate.com.

i was using loose tea i brought back from india, but the ritual of it made me feel like i was being fussy in an office of men who drink coffee. i needed it to be less of a big production, so i switched to republic of tea satchels. they're more discreet and easier to clean up after.

probably if there was another tea drinker in the office, or another woman, i would feel less self conscious and go back to the loose stuff. i would love to be able to make a big pot of tea, and serve myself as needed, the same as the guys do with the coffee pot.

it's not really tea, but the hibiscus high mix from mountain rose herbs used to rock my socks years ago (i'm not sure the old mix had stevia in it, though). that'd be the first loose mix i'd buy for work.

For breakfast I use my old standby, Bigelow's earl grey. In the afternoon I'll switch to loose green tea that I put one of those little cup-size strainers. Works great for me.

I work for a company that imports high quality loose leaf tea. I am never without a stash and it's amazing.

For all you tea drinkers, you have to get one of these

The greatest invention known to loose tea drinkers. I have one at the office and two at home. It makes tea steeping a breeze! If I were ever stranded on a desert island and I had to choose 5 things...this would be one of them!
