We do that Epicurious shredded pork recipe all the time - but I often serve it over polenta or in corn tortillas rather than as a wrap. It's incredibly delish and a favorite of my husband. And the lemon coleslaw is a huge hit with my family since we don't like sweet slaw. You can easily omit the green onions as they don't seem to add anything to the flavor. I once added capers for fish tacos and it was fine, but not good enough to be a permanent addition.

The pork cooks in 45 minutes - 1 hour on the stove top or for 4-6 hours in a slow cooker. Then I reduce the sauce and add it to the shredded meat. Might be too drippy for wraps then, though!
