Rolo Pretzel Turtles

Thinking about food gifts? Jaden's Rolo Pretzel Turtles are a good place to start. All you need are Rolo candies, toasted nuts and mini pretzels. They look horribly, terribly, deliciously addictive. Proceed with caution. (All images by Jaden of Jaden's Steamy Kitchen.)

A relative made these once at a family gathering, and now my mom (who doesn't exactly love the kitchen) "borrowed" the recipe. They are QUITE tasty & addictive!

My grama makes these! She used to bake all the time and EVERYTHING was from scratch. Now that shes older these are easier for her. Everybody loves them! She's so funny, shes always the first to say... well they are just sooo easy! And proceeds to give everyone the recipe.

I make these but use a pretzel on top and bottom kind of like a sandwich.

Hershey Hugs are also wonderful in the middle.

The best pretzels to use are the square kind. I think they are Snyder brand.

Tried these tonight for a trial run. Yummy. I'll be making these again soon.
