Clear candy boxes - For Valentine's?

I think Dorie Greenspan has a great recipe for a Far in her Desserts book... maybe it is even on her blog

That far looks scrumptious. I went immediately to the pantry and began mixing, ready for a delicious breakfast treat for the birthday boy in the morning.

I made a mess of this. Comments on the recipe said the parchment was not essential and I buttered and floured the pan. It did not puff up but was brown on top. In my attempt to serve it before school I tried to take it out of the pan without cooling an hour. It broke into a wet pudding mess and there are pools of melted butter that I will reduce next time.

Ever heard of Prune Pudding? It's a strange-sounding southern dessert that is light and absolutely delicious.
