Barley water is delicious. I first tried it to use up some barley that I didn't want to eat, and I was impressed by how refreshing and tasty it was. I'll have to make some more soon.

Barley tea is very common in Korean and Japanese restaurants. I love it because it's super refreshing whether hot or cold and has no caffeine so I can drink it with my dinner. Also, it's not bitter at all (like tea usually is) so you don't have to add any sugar to it or anything!

HA! I made the Strawberry and Pistachio Icecream Cake last week for my husband's birthay, and it was AMAZING! I sprinkled the platter with fresh blueberries just before serving. I'm looking forward to making it again.
