Tim Tams are my all time FAVORITE cookie. I didn't know that they were ever available in the US. For those of you morning the loss, I found Arnott's brand Tim Tams at World Market

And they've got two flavors at World Market, too...at least in my area.

An Aussie taught me how to do the tim tam slam and it is deeeelish. I've been trying to find cheaper American equivalents to pull it off with.
