Eat This! Malaysian Noodles and Spicy Sauces

2009_03_02-Noodles.jpgSoup Month is over, but we're still craving sauce, noodles, and spicy Asian flavors. Fortunately these come in lots of different forms - not just soup. Check out these four steaming bowls of delicious noodles from Sunset, for instance.

The one we are most attracted to (although they all look amazing) is this dish of noodles with crab and sausage:

Malaysian Noodles with Crab and Sausage (Penang char kway teow)

We also really like the slideshow of different sorts of noodles, and the recipes for spicy sauces that can perk up any dish of rice, noodles, or meat.

Char kway teow is probably the best Asian noodle dish I've ever had. I think it's best eaten from a stall on Penang, but I'll give it a shot!

i'm curious why -- and this has probably been asked before -- these posts are always written as first person plural 'we'? is it not just one contributor?

perhaps it's a royal 'we'. :)
