Daily Scoop: Elderflower Sherbet

2008_08_20-Sherbet.jpgWhat with Kristin's post earlier today on elderflower cordial we just couldn't pass up this elderflower sherbet.

 
 

We have put elderflower syrup in ice cream recipes before, but we've never tried an entire sherbet made with it. The sweet, delicate floral notes of elderflower would probably make a stunning ice cream or sherbet. We can hardly wait to try!
