That is such a gorgeous picture! I don't even like candied apples, and my mouth is watering.

(It's also in this year's hot Fall Colors contest colors: reddish orange and a sort of celery/pear green.)

Jim, I totally love the caramel, too! We actually made caramel apples (in between batches 1 and 2 of candy apples), and they are delicious but so rich! I couldn't eat a whole one. Candy apples, I can plow right through. I'm not sure if that's a good thing, but apples are only fresh-off-the-tree once a year!
