I made the Chocolate Chai Sherbet with the concentrated Tazo Chai. The flavour is delicious but it has a powdery texture, don't know if that is from the spices or the melted chocolate. Any one else encounter this?

I have that Polder thermometer. It doesn't register the oven temp at all.
