YUM !!! That sounds really good. I just had a turkey sandwich that was also really good. Whole grain bread, toasted, mayo, turkey and jalapeno cranberry sauce.

stopped at the store on my way home from work to pick up prosciutto, gorgonzola, and 7-grain bread. (i forgot the arugula, but pushed on without it.) i heated the turkey & the prosciutto, but grilled the sam'ich in the panini pan instead of toasting the bread first.

outstanding! thanks for the recipe. (and gallupgirrl, i'm going to give it a try w/japaleno cranberry sauce, too!)

I like to make turkey pot pie after Thanksgiving using Nigella's recipe for chicken pot pie from Feast.
