That ricotta orange fritter sounds interesting, will try that tonight. In Roger's other recipes, scrumptious waffles, sounds like the one I make most every weekend from the old Betty Crocker cookbook. Fresh buttermilk and walnut oil make it superb.

Dude- that's *my* recipe and photo from last year, which this Rodger character apparently stole?!
