So, the rumors are true! Alice Waters is indeed starting up a frozen food line in partnership with Dean and Deluca. She is working with them to bring sustainable eating to a "wider audience," according to the press release. Read on for more information on what will be included and the types of dishes you can expect in this new gourmet frozen food offering from the queen of seasonal, local eating.

According to Civil Eats, here is what each entree will include:

The “Simple Perfection” entrees, which consist of a oven-ready terra-cotta plate rubbed with garlic and sprinkled with salt are designed to be laden with seasonal vegetables by the user.
