We were recently given a wonderful little jar of sweet olive jam from Olitos in Spain. Made from hand picked olives, apple juice, rosemary, mountain honey, herbs and spices and a dash of lemon, Olitos Sweet Olive Jam ($6.16) is meant to augment cheeses, fish dishes and cold meats. After a while, I found it augmented the end of my finger pretty well, too.
We haven't tried their Quince Jam ($5.28), or the Black Tapenade ($5.28), but if they're anything like the Sweet Olive Jam, you're in for a treat. As long as you're ordering all the way from Spain (don’t' worry, shipping isn't too bad), I say go for a jar of each.

This sounds fantastic. I just love condiments. I like to use these kinds of things as a base for interesting little dressings. I've made a vinaigrette using quince jam which I serve over grilled Belgian Endive.
I think I'm going to have to order a jar of this olive jam.
