Sharp Bites: Restaurant bloggers, including The Amateur Gourmet and Laren from Gothamist, were on the cover of the Sunday Styles section. Gawker was quick to diss this article, while Cleaner Plate Club says these bloggers are "part of trendy food, while I’m trying to return to it’s more old fashioned roots." The article briefly mentions "an earlier wave of food blogs focused on home cooking," but does not explain that some of these bloggers write about cooking at home too.
