Here's what's happening in newspaper food sections around the country this week.
In Boston it's still cold, so they have one-pot meals and comfort food like Ricotta Pudding and Dark and White Chocolate Cookies. But they also show signs of spring with Spring Vegetable Soup with Pistou.
In Utah they have a story about the booming organic baby food. They also serve up a bunch of strawberry recipes and another for Caprese Piadine.
In Baltimore they're talking about gourmet garlic, a breakfast that will give even young athletes an energy boost, and tips for fava beans, including a recipe for Creamed Fava Beans with Tarragon.
And in Texas the Corpus Christi Caller is still looking at deviled eggs, with recipes for Blue Devils and Crabby Eggs. They also have recipes for Italian Frittata Rolls and Fragrant Black Pepper Dipping Sauce.
