In Indiana clam chowder makes an appearance, along with Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches and Five Fast Dinners. They acknowledge the Super Bowl with beers picked to represent the teams.

Up in Oregon they're asking the question on everyone's mind: what comes next after cupcakes? They have a few ideas, like madeleines and Carrot Five-Spice Layer Cake. They also have Sunday Spinach Fritter and some good advice for shopping organic and under budget.
