YAY æbleskive! The singular is actually æbleskive and the plural is æbleskiver. I used to eat these all of the time when i was in denmark, and you can find them in the midwest here. I bought a pan while in Minnesota and now make them for all of my san francisco friends. SO DELICIOUS!

Mmm I just ate Korean tofu last night. Made with almost the same ingredients. Tofu tastes so good when it's firm and has a density about it.

æbleskiver in solvang? i'll have to go, only live half an hour away!

Of course, my husband used to eat the apricot kernals straight from the fruit (poisonous!) but nothing ever happened to him. Now we buy the roasted kind sometimes for nostalgia's sake at Trader Joe's.
