On potato chips, I absolutely love Cape Code Chips, including the low fat variety which happen to taste good.
I know it's fairly easy to fry up potatoes but what kills me is the clean up when frying (I wish I had someone from FoodTV to clean my kitchen). I have a second stove in the basement and I usually use it when I fry fish or potatoes.
On the potato chip front, I recently wrote about "movie night at home" and have tips on the best chips, recipes for onion dip, guacamole and some favorite movies:
