In addition to 10 recipes from the new book, there are slideshows of classic cupcakes, fancy cupcakes, and elaborately decorated cupcakes.

Really, cupcakes are quite a handy sweet for picnics, especially since you don't have to pack plates and forks. And they're more exciting than cookies, even if they're harder to carry.

Yum! I looked at the slideshow last week, but haven't seen the book yet. I think I'll just peruse it at the bookstore though, as I can't justify buying a cookbook of just cupcakes! ;)
