Color In the Kitchen: Chinese Porcelain Blue
You know we love deep blue cabinets (like this peacock blue drama from another House Beautiful kitchen) so this kitchen just made us stop and stare.
The architect told House Beautiful that the cobalt blue was found in a piece of Chinese porcelain. The dark cabinets with Carrara marble really pop, and we can only dream of when we can do something similar in a kitchen. Take a peek at the article for more photos and an enviable way to store wine.

I'm a self-proclaimed "red kitchen" person and dream about the cherry red KitchenAid stand mixer and LeCreuset....but this kitchen very well might have changed everything I know and love! My mom collected the blue Chinese porcelain when I was growing up, so the color is especially nostalgic.

That is a gorgeous color, it makes the whole kitchen look very cool. The stainless appliances look nice with it too.
