14 Chili Recipes for Fall
Better Homes & Gardens

There's a nip in the air in New York today, and it's making us really excited for chilly weather. And chili weather. Chilly chili weather, if you will. Here are 14 recipes perfect for Fall, from chicken and white beans to pork and pineapple...

And since we're talking about Quick Weeknight Meals this month, we should note: Chili doesn't have to take all day to make. Brown a little meat, add some vegetables, and simmer just long enough for everything to get soft and saucy.

We love making a bit pot of any soup, really, and having it as a super-fast meal for several nights in a row. And these recipes run from classic beef-and-beans to the very untraditional (dried cranberries, anyone?).

They all look hearty and comforting to us. Is anyone planning chili this week?

white bean chicken chili is great, especially when using a slow cooker to make it. i like to throw in extra chicken breasts. when everything is done, i take those out, shred and freeze them for later use in things like quesadillas.

Just FYI: it's 13 recipes. ;) The 14th slide is a bunch of links to other (unrelated) stuff, which always ticks me off, for some reason.
