Wednesday on The Martha Stewart Show, none other than Joan Collins joins Martha to prepare a cranberry and grape compote and brussel sprouts.
Also on Wednesday Jamie Oliver returns to TV with a new show, this time on the Travel Channel. In Jamie Oliver's Great Italian Escapes, Jamie wanders around Italy looking for culinary inspiration.
Thursday on Food 911, Tyler Florence makes a spead of interesting Thanksgiving side dishes, including Mushroom Soup with Chestnuts and Roasted Fennel, a salad of Roasted Beets and Arugula with Blue Cheese Dressing, and Savory Mashed Root Vegetables.
Friday Rachael Ray does a special supersized 30 Minute Meals, in which she cooks an entire Thanksgiving dinner in just one hour, but with a Mediterranean and Spanish twist. Her turkey is seasoned with a spice rub made of cumin, corriander, paprika, cilantro and pistachios and her mashed potatoes are made with Manchego cheese. Isn't that a refeshing twist?
Sunday on Nigella's Feast, Nigella is the only person on Food Network not instructing viewers how to roast a turkey for Thanksgiving (they don't have Thanksgiving in the UK). Rather she's making a mushroom pasta bake and a cranberry glazed ham.
Also on Sunday Rachael Ray goes up against Giada De Laurentiis in an epic battle in a special episode of Iron Chef.

No. Freakin'. Way.
Will they also be judged on how many variants of the word "yum" they can come up with?
And they'll bring in Sandra Lee to join Alton Brown for her enlightening commentary and lovely "tablescapes" ;)
Funny... Joan Collins just made an appearance on an episode of Gordon Ramsay's F Word that aired last week on BBC America... I caught the latest episode last night, and found it to be a very watchable food show. Light on actual recipes, but high on actual entertainment value.
When Rachel's voice box will stop working so will her yelling and will her show ? she has a good 30 minutes show but her one hour talk show is only meant for people who do not want to do anything with their time. it is an absolutely Rotten show
