We're craving spring greens like mad at the moment - nothing too complicated. Just a mess of greens with red pepper and garlic, or a light and delicate salad with a touch of lemon and herbs. Last night I sauteed fiddlehead ferns with olive oil, garlic, onions, red pepper flakes, and little bit of tomato paste. Then tossed with DeBoles jeruselum artichoke spaghetti and grated asiago cheese. YUM!
That velvety broccoli sauce looks delish too... I'll have to try that soon.
