I am looking forward to slow roasted dinners! my mother in law bought me a ceramic chicken roaster right when it was getting too hot to have the oven on. I've been itching to use it. oh how i love fall food. i'm getting hungry just thinking about it. too bad its so hot this week. though i might just have to make that pumpkin peanut soup.
