I neglected to take photos, but I also was inspired and tried the pasta after reading that entry! Unfortunately I had to roll it out by hand, and learned a lot by the end about how thin to get it... so it was extremely varied in size/thickness. But I'm excited to try again!

I made pasta too! And like k8et I didnt get photos. I made papperdelle. But a word of advice, sometimes it's better to roll your pasta a little thicker than you'd think. I rolled mine to the thinnest setting and they break up pretty easily when they're cooked. I've still got some frozen in the freezer. It's still delicious though!

That looks delicious! I still haven't tried making pasta, but I think I found the next best thing. I got to try Al Dente Pasta and it is super good and cooks really fast. It tastes so much better than the usual store bought dried.
Right now I'm hosting a giveaway on my blog for 2 bags of Al Dente Pasta and 1 jar of their sauce.
