If the 48 hours of voting has elapsed then yes, you will get that message. If you get it before the 48 hours are up, then refresh the page and/or log out and log back in. A few people have had some issues, but we think it's browser-related.
If you cannot vote after trying all these things and you are sure that there is still time left in the voting period (it elapses 48 hours after the timestamp on the post) then please email Scott via the contact form with a report that includes your browser version and your operating system. Thanks!
