I ADORE the Mango chicken from Vegetarian Palate on Flatbush in Brooklyn. Unfortunately, I am completely unable to recreate the yumminess at home. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it this yummy out here in Denver?

We're definitely grilling this weekend, and we're kicking off tonight with grilled lobsters with tarragon butter.

not grilling myself but going to lots of parties where there will be grilling. might make the pavlova featured in the food section of the la times this wed as a dessert. haven't had one in ages and looks so yummy piled with fresh fruit! perfect for an after grill food dessert.
