Planning my first apple crisp of the season, and perhaps some lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes? I've got a bunch of ricotta to use up.

well since I also have Monday off, I'm planning a trip to Williams and Sonoma to purchase that new Autumn Harvest Bakeware and Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Quick Bread Mix I saw on this site. First, I'll try it out on the folks I work with - they will eat anything - if it turns out - I'll know what I can bake this fall season for everyone else!

I hope to go apple picking on Sunday... so maybe apple bread? I might also make some french bread too as an experiment.

I am making this weekend blueberry muffins using end of the season blueberry's from our own trees. Also last weekend I bought a bushel of good peaches and froze most of them but I am making a Peach Strusel Coffee Cake. Also might be doing a Blueberry Coffee Cake. Lots of garden tomatoes so I am making stuffed tomatoes. Hungry for Jello to so I am making that too.

I'm shooting a food "porn" for a short film screening with my friends next weekend. I'll be making brownies with lots of close-up shots of the chocolate melting, eggs breaking, batter pouring, etc. set to '70s porn music. It should be fun and hopefully entertaining!

Can anyone tell me where I can find the paper cups shown in the photo? If they are the right size they would be perfect for a baking project I want to try.
Thanks!

twosavoie - they are usually called soufflé cups or treat cups and they can be found most easily at restaurant supply stores. Sometimes craft stores like JoAnn Fabrics will carry them too, although they'll be rather more expensive there.
Here's a post with links to these and a couple other good party disposable resources.
Good luck - and send us photos of your baking project!
