Trying out a few more things in my new pressure cooker - I made some very good chicken stock the day I got it. Anyone have any favorite recipes that are perfect for it?

Our farmer's market opens tomorrow. I can't wait to see what they have! I'll plan my meals around tomorrow's shopping.

Cooking something delicious out of the eggplant and tomatoes I just harvested from our garden! I might have a few peppers ready this weekend, as well. Yay, garden!

Having a little party tonight and making homemade pizzas (better get going on that dough!). Came by the Kitchn to look for some quick and easy veggie sides that you don't need to be sitting down to eat (i.e. salad is out of the picture...). That reminds me, I need to grab some extra forks!

We made gluten free fried onion rings tonight with a creamy wasabi dipping sauce. Tomorrow, we'll make homemade gluten free ravioli and maybe a Dutch Apple Pie, or we may postpone that till next weekend if I don't get a nap =)

Making another no-knead loaf of bread -- the first turned out wonderfully! It went so fast, I'm going to have to start making one every day.
