i am eating the 4:9 sprouted grain golden flax and man, oh man, it's the best! i would eat it three meals a day if i could.
ps: i do feel a bit guilty when i read where the box suggests to pair it with your favorite soy milk. try as i might, i just can't bring myself to love soy milk. but paired with my fave hormone free 2% milk, sprouted grain golden flax rules my world. (is it wrong to love a cereal as much as i love this one?)
btw: love apt therapy: the kitchen too!

Brandy,
Why feel guilty about not drinking soy milk? If your body asks for milk, and you're drinking organic, hormone free, no worries.
Try the almond cereal!
