Feta Cheese question - I read the cheese storage thread but it did not mention feta. The "best before" date is way in the future but even the smaller tubs seem to smell a bit off or stale only a week or so after opening. I have tried rinsing the feta in cold water and replacing the original liquid with just water but it does not really help. Anyone know a better way?
