Last week, we discussed Import Foods as an online resource for buying Thai food items and Thai cooking supplies. Today we'll share another Thai food resource.
Web Resource: Temple of Thai
The Temple of Thai has a lot of the same things that Import Foods does, except less fresh produce and more spice kits. They also have many cookbooks and most interesting, an entire section on fruit carving and they offer fruit carving tools for sale along with several instruction manuals to choose from.

Temple of Thai has frozen banana leaves, whole kaffir limes & kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, Thai chilies, galangal root, Thai basil and soon Thai pumpkin and in small portions suitable for home cooks (unlike the other mentioned source).
