High Desert Foods is a company located in the desert canyons of southwest Colorado, where they cultivate small-scale orchards and produce organic gourmet food products. Their signature jams and confitures are much lower in sugar than conventional jams and jellies, and they work to preserve the fruit at the height of its natural flavor.
We're big fans of jam around here, so we're drawn to many of their unusual flavors. These include Apricot Lavender, Rhubarb Rose with Vanilla, and Wild Blueberry Apple.
