German artist Uli Westphal has started a photography project called Mutato Collection, which is a collection of mutant vegetables.
Food Art: Mutatoes
Mutato Collection is beautifully laid out in a wide palette of colors. Hover your mouse over the small thumbnails at the bottom and then slide the cursor to the right. The thumbnails will slide horizontally and begin a colorful slide show of various misshapen mutant fruits and vegetables.

When I was little, I had a Betty Crocker kids' cookbook that had a photo of a mutant eggplant named Eddie. It looked like a human head because of the "nose" growing out of one side. I now think of Eddie every time I shop for eggplant.
