Good tip. I'll turn my knife upside down next time. What a great idea to use the pastry scraper. When I use just the cutting knife, it's never wide enough to pick everything up in one swoop.
Was also nice to see both Max and Sara Kate. Almost felt as if I had been invited to dinner and was enjoying a glass of wine while watching SK cook.
(any way of getting rid of the time delay on the video? Had to watch the video in about 4 separate clips as the video slowly streamed through)
