You guys have amassed quite the sexy cocktail collection!
I recently attended the starchefs.com gala where a couple of mixologists where showing off their signature drinks. Herbaceousness (if that's a word) seems to be very hot. There were lots of tinctures on hand--rose, jasmine and others.
