Login Help: More Answers

From the department of redesign: It looks like most of you have solved any comment bugginess you were experiencing - great!

A few people are still experiencing some difficulties logging in and participating in surveys, however. We apologize for your frustrating experience. We are aware of these issues and ask for your patience while we iron out the kinks. Click for answers to a couple common questions we are receiving.

Can't Log In or Comment
• Go through your browser cookies and find any Apartment Therapy cookies and delete those. This is the most common fix to this issue. However, this doesn't work for everyone. (It worked for us!)

No Validation or Registration Email
If you registered, and did not receive a validation email, please see this page: Resend Verification Email.

Other Problems?
• If you continue having problems, please email us with the browser and version you are running when you encounter these issues.

Megrockstar, the Girl Scouts of America have the recipe and probably guard it with a pack of ravenous wild dogs from hell.

I actually have a login question.

I can post a comment in the Kitchn, nursery, tech, and green (sorry, can't get used to the new names) but NOT on the main site.

Can't comment there in firefox or IE. What's up?

Did something change dramatically within the last 30 minutes? Suddenly, I can log in here (wasn't possible before, even purging all cookies) and one log-in keeps me logged in for all AT-related sites. If so, that's a BEAUTIFUL change. (If it's just a coincidence, I hope it lasts.)

Sara Kate - Yep, deleted cookies, restarted, etc. It's just my computer at home that has the problem. Ancient, slow computer at work is fine.
