Grant Rickard is our new editor covering Los Angeles. He is a writer/story producer who works in reality and documentary television.
He loves to cook, despite the fact that his apartment's kitchen is only slightly larger than a phone booth. And eventhough his dining table seats only two people, he has acquired two sets of dishes that have twelve place settings each.
He tries to eat heathy and makes every effort to buy organic, locally grown produce. Grant's most cherished cooking tools are his Lodge cast iron grill pan and his 12-inch All-Clad sauté pan. His favorite cuisines are French, Moroccan, and Indian. When he makes aïoli, he cheats and uses mayonnaise. This causes a great deal of secret shame.
