Welcome back... It's September and tasty apples are on their way. Harvest is in the air. Although is our first day back at the blogs, it will be a gradual re-entry for The Kitchen: my book manuscript is due today, so I have to take the blogging lightly.
You all had a great open thread going in my absense... keep it up. We're on our way back, and the fall will be spectacular.
