Matthew Kenney, the man behind the raw, vegan and vegetarian food at Pure Food & Wine in Gramercy, and author of Raw Food Real World is at it again. The beauty-boy has built a new center for natural living, health and education called The Plant.

The 4,000-square-foot space in DUMBO will have classes, lectures, and panels and will serve as a "living food school and commissary kitchen." The space has an open kitchen, a drying room for all your favorite fruits and vegetables, and of course, a gigantic refrigerator.

The timing couldn't be better: just as all that turkey and stuffing was about to grace your table, you can re-think your holiday eating plans and go raw with the best of them.
