anyone ever try TJ's mole sauce?
I haven't, I'm curious,
and I don't usually waste my time with prepared foods
unless I hear how great they are - like frozen tamales.
I'm in the mood for Cinco de Mayo everyday.
I'm with you Guido, don't like prepared foods as a rule (example-shrimp cocktail sauce, easy to make and tastes better: chili sauce+horseradish).
I have a can of enchilada sauce I don't know what to do with. Have to look it up.
I'm making a mole dish for the first time today, lots of ingredients.
Guess the prepared sauce is for people that don't already have many of the ingredients.
