I'm not sure that it's really a *flavor* so much as a combination of flavors, but I love all things gingerbread-y!

In Jamaica they serve sorrel juice at Christmas. Sorrel is a weird red fruit that looks like something out of Dr. Seuss, and tastes kind of like hibiscus. (In that it's red flavored.) It's light, and refreshing and awesome with ginger, and I really, really miss it.
