Happy Holidays from The Kitchn! | Previous Days' Gift Bags

12-1-eleven.jpg Gift: Le Creuset 6-Piece Set in Caribbean
Designer: Le Creuset
Shop: Available from Amazon for $419.95

Today we are giving away a whole kitchen! Not really - but this Le Creuset 6-piece set is about as close as you're going to get without buying a new house. This set will bake, broil, simmer and sauce - very little additional help needed. Plus you can finally try that (Quicker) No-Knead Bread. Click for more information and instructions on how to enter our giveaway!

This six-piece cookware set contains four cast iron cookware pieces from Le Creuset. There is a 2 1/4-quart Saucier Pan, which comes with a fitted lid and is ideal for slow simmering and reductions. The 5 1/2-quart Round French Oven holds a whole chicken or roast and can be used on the stovetop or in the oven. The Square Skillet and Roaster are equally versatile, and each piece is coated with durable enamel that protects the piece from chipping and rusting, facilitates nonstick cooking and cleans up easily.

They can all be used on gas, electric, ceramic and induction ranges, as well as in the oven and under the broiler. This set come in the cheery Caribbean blue color pictured above.

To enter the giveaway, tell us your favorite piece in this set and what you would use it for. Type a comment in the comment section below by 8:59pm PT/11:59 EST WEDNESDAY December 19. The winner(s) will be selected at random.

I just love the color of these. I would use all of them but probably the casserole dish the most. I make a lot of casseroles. Everything from Corn Pone Pie, Broccoli Rice, several Chicken Casseroles to Enchiladas. Please pick me. I had two pieces with a pretty gold color on them and one got broken this summer. I would really love to have this set. I'm in love with the color!
