Twice a year or so, I treat myself to a new piece of cookware. Cookware & More, based in Trooper, PA, but with a website for us all, puts their already deeply discounted All=Clad irregulars on sale. Now through November 5th you'll receive an extra 20% off their already deeply discounted prices.
Most of their cookware comes with extremely small visual imperfections (that are not noticeable). We've been buying the Master Chef 2 (MC2) line for the last few years and have amassed a rather large collection, essentially free of flaws.
Unfortunately, I also tried to order from them a few months ago and didn't have a great experience. I entered an order via the website which I never received a confirmation for. I called them to check into it and was basically given a runaround - told that they didn't receive my credit card info via the web form, and that someone would call me back to obtain that information but the person I needed to speak to wasn't in. I never got a callback.
I called back on a couple different occasions after that but to date have still not heard back from anyone.
Hopefully others have had better experiences, but I probably wouldn't order from them - even if I could!
After you recommended their pots a few months ago, I bought four and I love them. Thanks for the recommendation.

I had similar problems with them as well, so I called them directly. I got the impression that this is a very small business. Anyhow, I was really pleased with the products when they arrived. I would definitely recommend ordering from them.
