It's been around for years and not everyone knows it. Now it has moved to a new location. Bridge Kitchenware is a mecca for cooks who want fine kitchenware sold by people "who really know the field."

You won't find cheap colanders or Chinese restaurant supply like you find on the Bowery, this is heavy-duty French-style cookware. Only "the good stuff." "If it's not at Bridge, you can't get it."
"The Dean and Deluca of kitchenware," Bridge is for people "who want the genuine article in their kitchen and don't mind spending the money to get it." "They have everything," especially fine copper pots and pans. Definitely highlight it on the kitchen map.
NYMag says: The Manhattan restaurant business might grind to a halt without Bridge.
Bridge:
I bought a Rudolph Stanish omelette pan at your store maybe 25 years ago and it has served me faithfully ever since. I have seasoned it periodically by scouring with Kosher salt and putting a light coating of cooking oil in the warmed pan.
Now, for some reason, every omelette sticks. I have used unsalted butter and lower heat to no avail.
HELP, what can I do?
